FOR DAUPHIN COUNTY PROTHONOTARY

I’m Antonio Carreno, and I’m running for Prothonotary because I believe Dauphin County deserves a civil court system that is fair, accessible, and truly works for the people it serves.

For years, I’ve dedicated myself to our community, whether through founding the Antonio Carreno Arts Foundation to expand access to education and the arts, or serving as director of the Dominican Development Foundation to support local families and strengthen civic engagement.

Now, I’m ready to bring that same commitment to public service into the Prothonotary’s office. I want to modernize how services are delivered, make it easier for people to access court records and filings, and ensure that everyone, no matter their background, receives respectful, timely, and transparent service.

I’m someone who has spent my life working in the community, listening to people, and getting things done. I believe it’s time for a fresh perspective, one rooted in equity, accountability, and a real desire to make government work better for all of us.

TRANSPARENCY

EQUAL ACCESS

MODERN SERVICES

I believe our civil courts should work as efficiently as the people they serve. Everyone deserves faster, easier access to records and filings, without any unnecessary obstructions.
Everyone deserves equal access to justice, no matter their income, background, or language. I’m committed to doing everything I can to reduce barriers and help our civil courts better serve every resident of Dauphin County.
I believe the Prothonotary’s office should operate with openness and clear communication. People deserve honest answers and reliable service they can trust.
